The Utica Lady Comets 14u team had another fantastic weekend going 4-0 in the Homerun Softball Orange Classic. The highlight of the weekend was defeating a really strong Sportszone team 11-3 on Friday evening. In addition to that win, the Lady Comets beat the CNY Monsters - White (16-0), the Geddes Thunder Stix (17-2) and the Red Storm (5-0). The girls are looking forward to taking this poistive momentum into the USSSA East National Championships next week in Ocean City, Maryland.
