The Utica Lady Comets winter workouts will be every Sunday afternoon for ten (10) weeks. Our first training session of 2024 will be held on Sunday, January 7th and run through Sunday, March 10th. Workouts will be held at Accelerate Sports (https://www.accelerate-sports.com/) located at 5241 Judd Road, Whitesboro, NY 13492. 

The 8u, 10u and 12u teams will train together from 12:00pm to 2:10pm. The pitchers and catchers from those teams will stay AFTER the group session to train from 2:10pm to 2:50pm.

The 14u and 16u teams will train together from 2:30pm to 5:00pm. The pitchers and catchers from those teams will come in BEFORE the group session to train from 2:00pm to 2:50pm.
